When can we arrive?
Gates will open approximately 1 hour prior to each screening, with the film starting at the time on your tickets. Giving you plenty of time to find your space and fit in that last minute bathroom trip!
What about a picnic?
Flitwick - The Rufus Centre is offering pre-bookable picnic boxes and a wide range of hot and cold food available to purchase on the day. To book your picnic box then go to your event page and add it to your basket! The Rufus Centre will also have their bar open offering soft drinks and alcohol. You can bring food and drink in with you. We only ask that you take all of your own rubbish away with you.
The White Horse, Southill - Food and drink will be available from the pub, unfortunately we won't be able to allow people to bring their own. But a 'table service' will be in operation, so you don't miss a thing!
What about the weather?
We can work in the sunshine as well as the rain, so we will be going ahead, so make sure you bring your coat if it looks like rain. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel/postpone if there is high winds or heavy rain.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs at Out There Cinema, so we are happy for you to bring your 4 legged friends. We just ask that you clear up any mess and they are kept under-control for the duration of the screening (and you let us fuss them!).
Where are you?
We have multiple locations around Bedfordshire. Address details are below, so double check your tickets and head on down!
How do we get there?
You're welcome to drive, free parking is available on both sites, follow the signs and any staff instructions to get yourself parked up. Even better, why not walk or take your bike?
Are seats available?
We don't provide seating, but you're welcome to bring your own picnic blanket or camping chairs. We only ask that you are courteous of our other guests, you may be asked to move further back or sit on the floor if you chairs are too obstructive.
How do we get our tickets?
Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment. This is your ticket, please bring it with you either printed out or on your smart phone, just incase we need it. To help maintain social distancing between members of the public and our staff, just tell us your party leaders name and we can search for it on our system to check you in.
What are the age restrictions?
We don't have any site restrictions, but we will have to enforce the films age certification. This needs to be checked at time of booking.
Can I get a refund?
We can't offer any refunds for tickets already purchased, unless we have to cancel/postpone events for unforeseen reasons. Including, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions or government lock down restrictions.
What about COVID-19?
We have had to implement some adjustments from what you might be used to if you've been to an outdoor cinema before, but we don't think you'll mind! We have a one way system setup around the site to allow people to move around without walking past each other, toilets are spaced apart to allow distanced queueing and we will be asking people to sit apart from others outside their household. More information on our COVID-19 steps were issued with your tickets, please ensure you read this before you come to visit.
